It’s been an exciting morning and we have more announcements and details planned, but we’ll be taking a break for the next 48 hours in Solidarity with #NoSpaceForJewHate, due to Twitter and Instagram’s failure to take action against anti-semitic posts over the weekend.
The need for continued memorialization of the fate of the Roma and Sinti population of Europe has never been more important. August 2, Roma Holocaust Memorial Day #Shoah #Remember #NeverForget #nospaceforjewhate https://sfi.usc.edu/news/2017/08/17266-history-and-significance-august-2-roma-holocaust-memorial-day
We're pleased @Twitter finally banned Wiley over his antisemitic posts. This wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of our friends and allies in the UK. Antisemitism knows no borders and we're proud to have stood with them! #NoSpaceForJewHate https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-53581771
Me on the @PRWeek UK podcast talking about antisemitism, Wiley, social media platforms and Corbyn. Thank you @Arvind Hickman and the PR Week team for giving us a place to express ourselves on this issue #nospaceforjewhate
Deeply moving podcast alert: On The PR Show, PR industry leaders @goodkind @Sophie Raine @David Fraser & @Natalie Neave share personal stories about scourge of #antisemitism, the Wiley attacks & social media's response, and what PR can do to tackle issue. https://soundcloud.com/prweekuk/the-pr-show-does-antisemitism-have-a-pr-problem
More needs to be done to get rid of blatant & dangerous race hate. ASAP. Just a week after #nospaceforjewhate campaign showed how things needed to be changed, it is clear they have not been changed enough.
