The numbers we're seeing in Orange County (Calif.) are not sustainable without consequences for non-COVID-related heathcare. And yes it's the COVID that is affecting healthcare, not the countermeasures. Don't @ me.
The number of positive cases and hospitalizations continues to increase.
We’ve posted today’s case count updates to https://occovid19.ochealthinfo.com/coronavirus-in-oc. Help #slowthespread by practicing physical distancing, wearing a face covering, washing hands frequently, covering coughs and sneezes, and avoiding touching your face with unwashed hands. #OCCOVID19
If you need someone to talk to during COVID-19 or anytime, @OC Health Care Agency and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI OC) are there to help. The NAMI Warmline is a free & confidential telephone service providing emotional support and resources to OC residents.
I’m honored to participate in @Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative 4th Class of Mayors. Today’s session was inspiring & if I’m being honest, a little intimidating. Smart group. I’m looking forward to learning more & effective leadership from all involved. Thank you @Bloomberg Cities @Mike Bloomberg
Washing your hands thoroughly and frequently is absolutely critical. So is: ☑️ Washing your cloth mask after each use. ☑️ Staying at least 6 feet away from others. ☑️ Not touching your eyes, nose and mouth. ☑️ Sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.

So much has happened since we filmed these videos. Open & closed & reopened. Not nearly enough testing. Cases began to explode in our community when families went back to work. Some restaurants in OC refusing to adopt safe protocols. But @Miguel's Jr continues to lead! 😷🇺🇸 https://twitter.com/BloombergCities/status/1280927304022179840
