'Red alert' for UK beaches as Brits flock to seaside in heatwave https://bit.ly/3fFBZZQ

Is everyone assuming kids will go back to school in September and it will be fine, or that plans might change again?

I haven't felt that scared about coronavirus, I'm just careful. I'm really scared about the transition period ending, though.

Dominic Cummings breaching lockdown was about as serious as it gets, unless you also include being arrested for rape, doing favours for a developer who donated to the Tories, or putting a Russian friend and your brother in the House of Lords.

Cummings undermined lockdown for the entire country, and if he has repeatedly lied about it, why should he keep his job?

@Pippa Crerar Such a cracking use of journalistic time and other resources 🤦🏻‍♂️

@Sarah Hurst We are just applying for it now. It doesn’t even cover our outgoing bills. I’ve worked since I was 16 (I’m 51 now) without any break, full-time and this is the first time I’ve needed it after being given a days notice of redundancy. This Government is a joke.

Good grief. This is the messaging that UUK is pumping out to prospective students 4

If you have a space that you can move to when walking and I don't when we're coming towards each other, why not move into it instead of continuing to walk right into me?

There are going to be a lot of people on Universal Credit.

Where is poverty?

#BBCNewscast got a former Home Sec and ex-chief of MI6 to write a new risk register for the UK. Here's what they came up with: 🔥Pandemic 🔥Climate change 🔥Terrorism 🔥 #Brexit/Trade 🔥Global insularity 🔥UK integrity 🔥Technology (in LOTS of ways) https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p08mz5nm

It's almost as if it was more important for people to feel they got something they voted for than to cut their losses and abandon it for being a disaster.

You just get the impression that we left the EU because we voted for it and no other reason. Because we had to respect the vote.

We've done Brexit, so you can't accuse us of trying to stop it. But please help Remainers out and tell us why?

Gov officials say they're also looking at support for traders facing stringent checks on animal & plant goods Groups have warned that sending mixed consignments across the Irish Sea will cost thousands of pounds A single Export Health certificate is £200 https://www.businessinsider.com/brexit-boris-johnson-government-to-handle-import-checks-for-northern...

Even if you didn't care about losing your own freedom of movement or anyone else losing it, and didn't like the EU, you probably should have been concerned about the vast cost of Brexit to this country, forever.
