Today and over the coming days there will be demonstrations of solidarity with Polish LGBTQ+ people taking place in Poland and abroad. This follows the arrest of dozens of protesters in Warsaw yesterday, demonstrating against the arrest of LGBTQ+ activist Margot.

I didn't know, but am completely unsurprised, that the Green Party's biggest liability, Jenny Jones, who's a TERF and supporter of Brexit, was also the person who came up with their worst policy. Impressive levels of evil for one person in an otherwise-decent party...

I would say the one upside to COVID-19 is that it's probably really easy for 16 year olds to buy alcohol with fake ids right now, with the masks and them not wanting to handle the id and all.
