Everyone should join a Union. That Union should not be Unison or GMB. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Absolute epic flex by Mercedes to be like "yeah we'll let you have our designs, as though anyone else has the galactic brain to understand them" and then that just straight-up be true

Officials at the very top of  @The Labour Party said stuff like “Abbott is truly repulsive” “Abbott literally makes me sick” and conspired with media against me. Now claiming remarks taken out of context. So let’s have full publication of all communications  #LabourLeaks

This poll would have resulted in an overall Labour majority of 6 seats: Labour: 328 Tories: 255 SNP: 30 Lib Dems: 14 Others: 23 Remember that when centrists try and tell you that Corbyn could never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever have won.

Exclusive: 8 point lead for Labour in first YouGov / Times poll since election..

Ted Mosby, in the year 2030, told the story of how he met his children's mother and HE NEVER MENTIONED THE CORONAVIRUS ONCE

@Kirstie Allsopp Says the trust-fund woman with the cronyism career made on the back of the homelessness that results from an overinflated housing market and knitted Christmas trees.

@Kirstie Allsopp 1st sentence: If you can prove your worth from home your job can be done elsewhere 2nd sentence: I reckon I’d want to go back into work to prove my worth I’d already proved from home 3rd sentence: Confused concern that would be better directed at a deadly virus

@Kirstie Allsopp sometimes it’s okay not to tweet

Hey  @Secretary Pompeo: Who sells weapons to Saudi Arabia to kill Yemeni civilians? Who gives weapons to Israel to control Palestinians? Who give weapons to Egypt to crush any dissent? Who has been bombing Afghans for 20 years? Who destroyed Iraq and created ISIS? Hint: It’s not Iran.

Iran remains the world’s largest state sponsor of terror, and for the Iranian regime to have access to weapons systems, money, and commerce from the Chinese Communist Party only compounds risk for the region.

The LGBTQ community is owed an explanation, apologies and action from  @Keir Starmer over the total lack of solidarity from the Labour party over the behaviour of their MPs. It seems we won't get it though.

No no no, NOT Labour's *equalities* minister liking this tweet. Disgraceful!!!!!

Headlines said I was the most vulnerable member of the Squad. My community responded last night and said our Squad is big. It includes all who believe we must show up for each other and prioritize people over profits. It’s here to stay, and it’s only getting bigger.

Everyone - and I do not say this lightly - everyone should read this piece. The information that  @Ben Smoke has uncovered on companies receiving government funding is truly staggering. https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/m7jxvn/corporations-receiving-bailout-billions-have-laid-off-staf...

I have this radical leftist belief that people shouldn’t have to suffer in order to survive

Boris Johnson making Evgeny Lebedev a Lord in response to the Russia report is the equivalent of Trump pardoning Roger Stone.

The next time British political leaders seek to paint global South governments as "corrupt", remember that they literally hand Parliamentary seats out to relatives, billionaires, media barons and political donors. The scale of the hypocrisy is staggering.

Thread. We’ve reached the point where this government are openly taking the piss out of people. Apparently Johnson thinks this series of events can be described as a ‘success’....

Now this Is just me, but if I were wanting to avoid being compared to nazis I probably wouldn’t go with ... the Nuremberg defence...

Quite something that Boris Johnson now ‘fears’ a second wave of coronavirus within the next 2 weeks given he has spent the last few months accelerating the easing of the lockdown, telling us it’s our patriotic duty to go to the pub and putting the economy before the science.

any millennial will remember that Jamie Oliver's plan for tackling obesity in children was essentially to just price us out of eating anything in the school canteen; they got rid of the 35p pizza breads and brought in £3 salads. i only had £2 lunch money. he can fuck off.

This is such a ludicrous response from Rosie Duffield (Saying people shouldn't donate to Corbyn's legal fund)

She has taken £20k donations from Matthew Oakenshot and even get's Unison to pay £1200 a year for her Xmas cards! Why doesn't she tell them to give the money to charity?

In case anybody missed the latest shocking developments in Hungary this week - the Editor-in-Chief of Hungary's largest news website (the last major independent source) was fired in a brazen act of political interference & 70 of his staff have left in protest over press freedom.

Yesterday in #Hungary , more than 70 journalists decided to stick to their principles and not give in to external influence. Thousands marched to support them. The country’s most widely read paper, @indexhu is over as we now it, but I know my colleagues and they will not give up.
